Connect commission totals to the services performed
Car wash teams often divide work across several people and several services in the same sale. A handwritten total may show what the customer paid without preserving who completed each part. Carwash POS records steward assignments at service level, keeping the calculation connected to the work entered during checkout.
When a sale contains more than one service, the appropriate steward or stewards can be attached to each one. That makes the transaction record more useful than a single general staff name and avoids rebuilding the allocation later from memory.
Use fixed or percentage commission rules
Different services can use different supported commission methods. A fixed commission gives the selected steward a configured amount for the service. A percentage commission calculates the amount from the relevant service price. The app applies the configured rule to the work recorded in the transaction.
Vehicle-class pricing can change a service price by vehicle type. When a percentage rule is used, the resulting calculation follows the recorded service value. Fixed rules remain fixed according to their configuration. This allows a business to represent common commission arrangements without using a separate calculator at checkout.
Assign multiple stewards where the work is shared
A service does not always belong to one person. Carwash POS supports assigning one or more stewards to individual services. The transaction retains that assignment so staff commission reporting can be based on entered work rather than an end-of-day estimate.
Accurate input remains important. The app calculates from the services, prices, rules and people selected by the user; it cannot determine who performed work that was not recorded. A simple checkout habit—confirm services and assignments before charging—creates clearer records for later review.
Review commission totals with the surrounding business context
Commission figures appear alongside other locally calculated analytics, including revenue, expenses, operating profit and transaction counts. Reports can also highlight steward performance and activity across supported time periods. Values shown in product screenshots are illustrative demo data, not promised results.
Carwash POS tracks commission amounts; it does not claim to run payroll, calculate tax obligations or replace accounting advice. The records can support an internal review, and Pro export tools can produce supported Excel reports when a business needs a file for its own workflow.
No fee taken from the transactions you record
Carwash POS does not charge a per-transaction fee, and Pro is a one-time purchase rather than a monthly subscription. The app stores its operating records locally and continues its regular sales workflow offline. Buying or restoring Pro still requires app-store connectivity.
