Turn recorded car wash sales into practical business views
Carwash POS calculates analytics from the transactions and expenses stored on the device. Instead of rebuilding daily figures in a separate spreadsheet, operators can review revenue, steward commissions, operational expenses, operating profit and transaction volume in the app.
The quality of each view follows the quality of the records entered. When the team consistently records the vehicle, services, steward assignments and expenses, the analytics can describe the activity captured by the POS. Screenshots on this site use illustrative in-app data and do not represent guaranteed performance.
Review more than a top-line sales number
Gross revenue is useful, but it does not show the entire operating picture. Carwash POS presents commissions and recorded operational expenses alongside revenue, producing a locally calculated operating-profit view. Transaction counts add context to the totals and help distinguish a busy period from a small number of higher-value sales.
Expense tags organize the costs entered by the business. That makes it possible to review categories such as supplies or electricity without claiming to replace formal accounting software. The reports are operational summaries based on the data stored in the app.

Understand customers through vehicle visit history
Car wash visits often begin with a number plate or other vehicle identifier. By connecting that identifier to transactions, the app can distinguish new and repeat visits, count unique vehicles and show popular customers. Operators can use those views to understand the visit history already present in their records.
Customer retention analytics are descriptive. Carwash POS does not promise a marketing outcome, automatically contact customers or upload their information to an Avymob server. Customer and vehicle records remain part of the local business dataset described in the privacy policy.
Find operating patterns across useful periods
Supported analytics periods include recent-hour and recent-day views as well as longer and all-time reporting. Peak-hour, peak-day, popular-service and vehicle-class summaries can reveal how the recorded workload is distributed. Steward commission reports show the totals generated from service assignments and configured rules.
These time views help answer focused questions: which hours contain the most recorded transactions, which services appear most often, or how much commission was calculated for a steward in the selected period. They are computed from local records and remain available without a constant connection.
Export supported reports with Pro
Pro includes Excel exports for supported sales, analytics and expense reports, along with receipt and backup tools. Files are shared using the device’s native options, so the business chooses the destination. The service used to receive the file may have its own connectivity and privacy requirements.
There is no monthly subscription and no Carwash POS fee per recorded transaction. Store pricing for the one-time Pro unlock is regional and remains visible in Google Play or the App Store. Learn how service-level commission tracking feeds the reports, or review the offline operating boundaries.
